Why You Should Join as a Designer
Joining the World Fashion Exhibition® (WFE) offers designers a unique global platform to showcase their work at iconic venues and international destinations, alongside creatives from around the world. Designers gain international visibility, access to buyers, media, and industry professionals, and the opportunity to connect with new markets.
WFE also provides a meaningful way to align fashion with social impact, supporting sustainability, cultural exchange, and humanitarian initiatives through the “Give Your Light to the World” campaign. Whether presenting a single piece or a full collection, designers become part of a global movement that elevates creativity, responsibility, and purpose.

HOW MANY OUTFITS CAN I SHOWCASE AT THE WORLD FASHION EXHIBITION®
If you are an official representative of the World Fashion Exhibition®, you may present one sustainable couture or ready-to-wear outfit, which will be exhibited on a mannequin. In addition, selected designers may also present a collection of up to 20 outfits in a runway fashion show.
DOES THE REPRESENTATIVE DESIGNER NEEDS A SUSTAINABILITY CERTIFICATE?
Sustainability standards and certifications are voluntary guidelines used by producers, manufacturers, traders, retailers, and service providers to demonstrate their commitment to environmental, social, ethical, and safety practices. While the World Fashion Exhibition® (WFE) encourages designers and brands to hold sustainability certifications, such certifications are not mandatory to participate in WFE events.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF MY DONATED ECO-MASTERPIECE IS NOT SOLD DURING THE AUCTION TO BENEFIT AFRICA?
During World Fashion Exhibition® events, all eco-couture masterpieces will be offered for sale in support of the “Give Your Light to the World” campaign. Outfits may be sold through live auction, silent auction, and/or online platforms. If a donated eco-couture piece is not sold, WFE will return the outfit to the designer.

Why Should You Join as a Model
Joining the World Fashion Exhibition® (WFE) as a model offers the opportunity to walk in international events at iconic venues, represent your country on a global stage, and collaborate with renowned designers, photographers, and creative teams from around the world.
Models gain global exposure, professional experience, and access to an international fashion network, while participating in events that promote sustainability, cultural exchange, and social impact. WFE is not only a runway opportunity—it is a platform to grow, connect, and be part of a meaningful global movement.
HOW MANY DESIGNER ARE PARTICIPATING IN THE WORLD FASHION EXHIBITION?
Since 2014, the World Fashion Exhibition® (WFE) has showcased couture masterpieces from designers representing over 76 countries. In its upcoming events, WFE expects to present designers and brands from more than 150 countries worldwide.
ARE THERE ANY FASHION SHOWS DURING THE WORLD FASHION EXHIBITION?
World Fashion Exhibition® (WFE) eco-masterpieces are showcased on static mannequins and through runway fashion shows with professional models. WFE events may also include runway presentations by representative designers and dedicated showroom spaces, depending on the event format.
DOES THE DESIGNER NEEDS TO PRESENT TO ALL WFE GLOBAL EVENTS?
Designers are not required to travel to World Fashion Exhibition® (WFE) events unless they are presenting a runway fashion show and/or have a showroom space. Designers may also donate an outfit to support the cause for Africa without being physically present.
WHAT IS THE FEE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE WORLD FASHION EXHIBITION?
Participation depends on the level at which a designer chooses to be involved. Designers may participate by presenting one outfit, showcasing their latest collection on the runway, and/or securing a showroom space, which may increase the inclusion fee.
In addition, World Fashion Exhibition® (WFE) sponsors selected designers and brands at no cost when they demonstrate strong potential to generate international sales, both online and offline.
