Nelly define herself as an accompanist for women and young girls in the development of their income-generating activities within the framework of the social and family economy.

Indeed, she realized that the empowerment of women and young girls, especially those with little or no education, is an opportunity to reduce poverty in underdeveloped localities and in particular at the brickyard. She thought of helping and taking out her young sisters, women, who are single mothers, other housewives, still others housewives without income, without knowledge to meet their basic needs. This is why as a young girl, mother, wife and woman, she has given herself a goal and objectives to achieve by training women to become financially independent and to flourish in their daily lives, such is her challenge for each days as long as she have the opportunity to do so.
