
Panama – Fashion Designer & Photographer
José Alexzander is a Panamanian fashion designer, photographer, and multidisciplinary visual artist known for his innovative approach to sustainable fashion and creative storytelling. Originally from Panama City, he has developed an international creative career spanning fashion design, photography, and artistic direction.
Alexzander studied Art and Digital Photography at the Miami International University of Art & Design, where he built a strong foundation in visual arts and creative production. Alongside his formal studies, he developed his work as a self-taught fashion designer, focusing on sustainability and artistic experimentation.
He is the founder and creative director of Love For Upcycling, a design initiative dedicated to transforming recycled materials and discarded textiles into unique couture pieces and contemporary fashion. Through this platform, Alexzander promotes environmental awareness while demonstrating how creativity and sustainability can coexist within modern fashion.
His work combines upcycled materials, bold textures, and artistic silhouettes, reflecting a philosophy that fashion can serve as both a creative expression and a tool for positive environmental change.
In addition to fashion design, José Alexzander has built a strong reputation as a fashion photographer and visual creator, producing editorial imagery and artistic projects that explore the intersection of fashion, culture, and visual storytelling.
