Alice Martin is a Barbadian fashion designer and the founder of Kasava Designs, a creative fashion brand strongly influenced by Caribbean identity, colour and contemporary style.
Martin has been part of Barbados’ fashion and creative scene for more than a decade. Her work was already documented in 2014, when REI Fashion Academy identified her as the designer behind the women's looks for one of its fashion productions in Barbados.
Her designs are recognised for their vibrant prints, bold use of colour, flowing fabrics, volume and distinctive silhouettes. Rather than following conventional fashion formulas, Martin's work often combines contemporary styling with a strong Caribbean aesthetic, creating pieces that are expressive, feminine and visually striking.
